Second Spanish Spelling Bee a Success! Students will move on to compete in Boston

Posted 03/25/2016

Bruce Randolph hosted its second Spanish Spelling Bee on Tuesday afternoon, which was a huge success!  Forty students participated and were judged by Prinicpal, Mr. Cedillo, Ms. Anai Soto-Rodriguez, and Mr. Sanchez, and two guest judges from Academia Ana Marie Sandoval. Bruce Randolph is the only high school in Colorado to host a Spanish Spelling Bee, and the only Colorado high school that will be sending students to the national competition in Boston in April.

Please join me us in congratulating our top three winners:

1st place – Adriana Rodriguez (gr. 11)

 2nd place – Claudia Aguayo-Montes (gr. 11)

 3rd place – Alexa Tena-Ornelas (gr.11)
